Laresa McIntyre is the Founder & Principal of Rockbridge CFO, a fractional CFO practice serving growth-focused, people-centric businesses
—especially in the BPO and service sectors. With over 20 years of CFO and executive leadership experience across finance, FP&A, accounting, HR, and operations, she brings a rare blend of financial expertise and practical business insight. Before launching Rockbridge, she served as CFO for a global BPO, leading multi-country teams and driving high-impact initiatives across finance and talent.
Her superpower? Simplifying the complex by turning financial data into decisions, and roadblocks into results. Laresa works shoulder-to-shoulder with founders and executive teams to align numbers with strategy. She’s trusted not just for what she knows but for how she helps leaders think, act, and scale.
